Customer's approval of the work order (via email, text, FB messenger, etc.) signifies agreement to the following:
PRICING
Embroidery Pricing
Embroidery pricing is based on the combined total of the stitch count of the individual design (rounded up to the next 1000) and the cost of the item(s) being embroidered. There is also a one-time set-up cost to digitize your logo/design for machine embroidery. Prices are subject to change without notice. Connecticut State residents add 6.35% sales tax.

8,000 - 16,000 stitches - $15.00

Set-Up
The one-time cost to convert your artwork for embroidery:
Individual Designs
Left Chest - $40
Hat - $40
Jacket Back - $90
Combination (must be ordered at same time)
Left Chest and Hat - $65
Left Chest (or Hat) and Jacket Back - $110
Left Chest, Hat, and Jacket Back - $150
Heat Applied Graphic Pricing
Pricing for heat applied graphics is based on the size of the artwork, number of colors, and quantity in addition to the cost of the apparel or item(s). There is also a one-time cost starting at $35 to set-up your logo/design, the amount is dependent on the complexity of the design. Send us your artwork (vector format preferred) or choose one from our wide selection of templates that we can personalize just for you.
File Types for Graphics
A vector file is required for printing due to its high resolution and ability to be scaled to any size without loss of quality.
A raster file will need to be converted to a vector file for an additional fee determined by the complexity of the design.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Service
Rocking My SewJo LLC reserves the right to refuse any order and prohibit any designs that negatively impact the Rocking My SewJo brand such as but not limited to obscene, vulgar and discriminatory designs. Customer's personal items not accepted.
Payment
All orders require payment in full at time of order. Major credit cards accepted. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final - there are no cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Authorized Returns
Should there be a manufacturer defect or a decoration failure, please contact us for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Indemnification
Rocking My SewJo LLC assumes no responsibility for authenticating the rights held by any customer to any trademark and/or copyright. Any and all liability for any act of trademark and/or copyright infringement rests with the customer and the customer shall indemnify Rocking My SewJo LLC against any and all actions resulting from trademark and/or copyright issues.
Authorization
Customer grants Rocking My SewJo LLC authorization to use and publish images of finished products in print and/or electronically for any lawful purpose such as publicity, advertising, web content, etc.
